Taking Back Your Life with Kenny Mulligan

Kenny Mulligan's desire in life is to see others reach their greatest potential and live life to its fullest.  He has been involved in public speaking for nearly 25 years and helping others explore the spiritual side of life.  After struggling for over 25 years with his health and the struggles of MS, he began making some simple changes that turned his health around.  He now helps others in becoming healthy, gaining energy and stamina, to live life fully.  As he shares, we only get one body and only get one shot at life, so why not live life to its fullest.

What are some of the most important tips to change your lifestyle?

  1. Sleep - Sleep is critical for recovery

  2. Hydration - So many symptoms come back to dehydration which causes inflammation in the body. Drink up!

  3. Electrolytes - Electrolytes keep the water flowing throughout the body. You could be drinking enough water but if you’re electroly

  4. Supplementation - Our food sources are depleted therefore proper supplementation is required to be sure we are receiving adequate nutrion.

  5. Exercise - We only get one body. Movement is so important for mental and physical health.

  6. Set realistic goals - Fftentimes if you decide to do something unrealistic, it is easy to give up. Set yourself up for success with attainable goals.

  7. Mindset - See yourself there before you get there - mindset is everything!

God gave us these amazing bodies and created an amazing system. Our bodies have the ability to heal themselves and we can also prevent things from happening to them if we take proper care of them. We only get one body!
