You will be staying at the Beachwoods Resort. We will be tucked between the Atlantic Ocean and the Albermarle Sound in the middle of a 100-acre Maritime Forest, surrounded by lakes, woodlands, wetlands and rolling dunes.
This resort boasts kitchens with full-sized refrigerators/freezers and ovens, plenty of room to spread out, and private balconies. Cable programming and DVD players are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless Internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include microwaves and coffee/tea makers.
In addition to the beautiful beach, we will have access to outdoor and indoor pools, a lazy river and a waterside - and arcade room and fitness center.

We will begin at 10 am on June 10, 2025 with breakfast being served at 8:30 am. We will wrap up at 3 pm on Jun 12, 20225. *You are free to arrive the evening before the event begins (June 9). We will hang out and have tons of fun - dinner is NOT included the night before. Please let us know if you plan to arrive early!
NOTE: If you are flying in, we will do our best to transport you from the airport to our resort and back. PLEASE LET US KNOW YOUR FLIGHT PLANS SO THAT WE CAN SEE IF WE CAN ACCOMMODATE YOUR TRANSPORTATION!
