Why is a morning routine so important?
Having a morning routine will help you to:
become more inspired
have more gratitude
strengthen your faith
become a better person (to family, friends and in a professional sense)
be more positive
have more energy (especially if the routine includes stretching and exercise)
be more organized and have a plan
set the tone of your mindset for the day
Why is having the right mindset the key to success?
A positive mindset is the ability to find the good, and to find something to be grateful for as well as to discover the blessings instead of always leaning into the negative. Something so incredible is that we can transform our thoughts. We have the option to not stay stuck in a negative place. As humans we literally have the ability to change the neural pathways in our brain so that we can have a positive mindset. If you have that choice, why wouldn't you choose that? The more positive our mindset is, the more we're going to be able to see blessings and then serve other people with a with a heart of of joy and purpose.
