I recently had the absolute pleasure of chatting with my dear friend, Dr. Irene Cop. She is a doctor (MD, DC) who crashed and burned because of catastrophic burnout. She has identified "Flameout Syndrome" as the advanced, potentially deadly version of burnout. Through her experience, education, and years of trial and error, she has figured out how to hack stress and overwhelm so you can reignite your inner fire and SHIFT into Success mode.

Our ability to think and respond in any given situation can never be taken from us. We always have choice and control. Stress can be an indication that something is wrong or it can be a motivator.
Also remember, words have power. How you say things matters. Instead of “I have to go to the gym today,” how about “I’m choosing to go to the gym today.” There are many people that would be grateful to have the time or ability to exercise. Words matter!
