Essentially, she supports companies, helping the organization save costs, increase productivity, and improve profitability. She and I recently spoke about productivity and stress management.

We all have stress. What are some things we can do right now to alleviate the stress that negatively impacts us specifically with work or business?

  • Self care

  • Work/life balance

  • Time management

  • Delegation

All of these things you can do on a daily basis to try and control the amount of stress you are experiencing. We also have to remember to not be so concerned with what we can't control. Let those things go. It’s ok to be disappointed when things don't go the way they're supposed to go, but we can not let ourselves dwell there.

What can we do to not stress when things don't go the way we want them to?

Breathing is the first thing. We often forget to re-set or control breath. We tend to get so wound up because things are stressful. Simply take a step back. Stop what you are doing if you are able and move your body. You have to get out of your head and into your body and just let things release.

How does productivity help with stress management?

Work smarter, not harder! This way you will use your energy and time more efficiently. You will then produce more in a shorter amount of time resulting in adding to your success and your profits therefore your stress is melting away.

What are some things you can do right now to reduce stress levels in your life? I encourage you to take some time each day to make sure you are working on some of these tips.
